The CATHYLIN Wok/Stir-Fry Pan comes as a package that includes the wok body, a stay-cool handle, a sub-handle (for the 13-inch model only), a lid, and a rag. Kindly note that this wok requires assembly.

To season a new wok, first wash it to remove any manufacturing residues, such as machine oil stains. Then, thoroughly heat the wok until it turns a matte grey, which is normal for heated steel. Next, add a thin layer of vegetable or sunflower oil, ensuring it covers the entire inner surface. Heat the oil until it starts to smoke, and maintain this state for approximately 40 seconds, tilting and turning the wok to distribute the oil evenly. Finally, clean the wok again without using any detergent. Congratulations, your wok is now seasoned and ready for use.
